Splitting a bonded pair for boarding is its own source of stress, so partners stay together in their own cage for the whole stay. We will never board one half of a pair and leave the other at home on our advice.
Bring your bird's own cage or familiar perches, its favourite foraging toys, and its familiar cover. Working from the setup your bird already knows is the single cheapest way to make an unfamiliar room still feel like its territory.
We sit down with you free of charge and map the diet, the sleep schedule, the quirks, and the hard limits. At drop-off we walk through that plan together, including any medication and its dosing. Nothing gets improvised after you leave.
Photos and short clips land on your phone every day of the stay, on every service we offer. This is included at no extra charge and you never have to ask for it.
When you collect your bird we hand over a written summary of how the whole stay actually went — what it ate, how it slept, how it settled. You leave with a record, not a verbal reassurance in a doorway.
If you would prefer we never share your bird's picture publicly, say so and we will keep every photo strictly between us. The default is that your bird's photos are yours, and we ask before anything is used anywhere.
